The original formula of Kao Kui Herbal Water was created by Mr. Sathian Somboonvechakarn, a traditional practitioner known for effective herbal remedies for internal heat. The early formula was dark brown and bitter, typical of old herbal concoctions: effective but not easy to consume.
To make it more easy to drink and taste while preserving its effectiveness,
Mr. Sittichai Somboonvechakarn, the second generation, developed a new method:
filtration technology to produce a clear liquid with a mild, aromatic taste resembling a sweet Chinese cooling tea. The result was easier to drink but just as effective, setting a new industry standard for the Kao Kui Water in the industry.
Always look for the white box with a green cap with the trademark baby in a bathtub design on the box — the signature of Ouay Un’s Kao Kui Herbal Drink.
